Hi, welcome to GF Pasta Di Casa!

Pasta so good, you will find it hard to believe it is gluten free! We believe everyone should be able to enjoy classic Italian cooking, regardless of their dietary needs. 

Gluten Free Pasta Di Casa was conceived in Sydney, Australia in 2019 by us  Anthony and Stephanie Dionne. A happily-married couple. With Anthony working as a qualified chef suffering from coeliac disease, the creation of this business was a personal mission for us.

Anthony worked for many years in some of the best restaurants in Sydney, including Icebergs and Pendolino, as well as Head Chef for some of Sydney’s most reputable pubs. During this time, we realised there was a void in the market for fresh gluten free pasta that was both safe for coeliacs and achieved the flavour rustic pasta is infamous for. And so the idea of Gluten Free Pasta Di Casa was born.

 

We care about what you put in your body

Now coeliacs, gluten intolerant and gluten avoiders can enjoy fresh pasta from the comfort of their home. Made from scratch, our products prove that food allergies do not need to be difficult!

We could never, ever give up pasta, and neither should you. Utilising the finest ingredients, we produce a range of culinary delights with wholesome and preservative-free ingredients. Just fresh flavour-rich, gluten free pasta that won’t disappoint.
