Mushroom Arancini

Arancini is an Italian classic of risotto balls coated with breadcrumbs and deep fried. Our gluten free arancini are a coeliac friendly option to try, yet they still taste just as delicious as the original. We've also added a cheeky melting mozzarella to these arancini and a little twist of mushroom and parsley for added flavour. 

 

Content: 8 balls (50grams each)

Ingredients: Arborio Rice, Onion, Garlic, Water, Salt, Pepper, Mushroom, Mozzarella Cheese, White Wine, Egg, Milk, Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Soy Flour, Raising Agents (500, 575), Dried Yeast, Vinegar, Iodised Salt

Cooking instructions: Pan fry in oil until golden brown. Then place in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until hot in the centre. 

 

Must be eaten within 5 days of delivery. Added bonus: all our products can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Cut-off time for delivery is 12pm the day prior to your delivery date.
